Working Hours

• Monday to Friday, typically from 05:00 to 12:00
• Once weekly from 15:00 to 21:00
• Availability for weekend work (by arrangement)
• 30-35 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and supervising cleaning tasks
• Communicating with clients, creating work schedules, and preparing payroll
• Checking work times and procedures, training cleaning staff
• Handling work orders from management
• Covering for staff during leave or illness
• Assisting with material ordering and delivery

• Independent and thorough work approach

• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
