- Monitor portfolio performance, detect early signs of distress, and define mitigation strategies.
- Identify and contribute to process improvements, automation, and credit risk framework enhancements across regional teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed credit risk requirements into client journeys, systems, and products.
- Present credit decisions and recommendations to internal stakeholders and Credit Committees.

- Strong knowledge of credit analysis, risk classification, and regulatory frameworks (including KYC/AML).
- Proven track record in managing credit processes and contributing to digital transformation or operational excellence initiatives.
- Analytical mindset with strong investigative skills and keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency with financial, data analysis, and reporting tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across diverse business functions.
- Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented — with a hands-on, “roll-up-your-sleeves” mentality.
- Familiarity with Lean, Agile, or Continuous Improvement tools (e.g., Kaizen, VSM) is a plus.
- Fluency in English. German, Dutch, or a Nordic language is a plus.

- Diverse work models, including mobile office, flexible hours, and part-time options.
