Use your experience in the field of Quality Assurance and support an innovative aviation company as an Industrial Foreman. At our customer Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH in Donauwörth you will have the opportunity – also part-time – to actively contribute to the success with a structured, independent way of working, the ability to work in a team and a high level of quality awareness.

The maximum gross annual salary is € 46,600. Please note that we can only consider candidates who have a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (not a student visa).

Job description

Tasks

  • Preparation and planning of test sequences through procurement, inspection and evaluation of test plans and technical drawings
  • Operation of coordinate measuring machines and optical measuring systems, in particular with Zeiss CALYPSO, for precise quality assurance
  • Testing and confirmation of conformity of products, and documents in accordance with technical specifications and contract requirements
  • Carrying out measurements on simple and complex components as well as evaluating and fully documenting the results
  • Creating clear error descriptions and complaints in the event of deviations from the target condition for quality assurance purposes
  • Planning and documenting test sequences, including for initial and special parts, as well as selecting and procuring suitable special test equipment
  • Defining test parameters and framework conditions, Simulation and optimization of measurement programs as well as archiving of data
  • Preparation of test reports and statistical analyses, processing of non-conformities and active participation in the quality improvement of processes and products

Requirements

  • Completed training as an industrial mechanic or process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology, at least at master craftsman level
  • Several years of professional experience in manufacturing or production as well as in quality assurance
  • Sound measurement knowledge for carrying out precise testing tasks
  • Initial user knowledge of MS Office and SAP, Polyworks expertise is desirable
  • Valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (not a student visa) is mandatory
