Join our event on June 04-06, 2025 at Land Gut Höhne and send your application by May 11th, 2025.

Expand your knowledge: Our Basic Consulting Readiness Training will prepare you properly to solve an authentic real-life consulting case on ecological corridor management. As business cases are a typical part of consultant life (and our recruiting process), you will gain first-hand valuable experiences as well as feedback afterwards.

Secure your job offer: On the last day of the event, you will attend our Recruiting Day, completing one or two interviews, including a case study to solve, and you will meet your potential future colleagues over lunch. If you perform well, you will leave with a job offer in your pocket.

Your profile:

1. You are an enrolled CEMS Master’s student or recently graduated.
2. You are an outstanding academic performer.
3. You have already gained some basic hands-on experience in the international arena – providing you with initial insights into the consulting sector and/or energy industry.
4. You are inspired by business challenges and enjoy solving complex problems for the benefit of society.
5. You are curious and can’t wait to apply your theoretical knowledge to transform the energy industry.
6. You are fluent in English and German and are highly communicative within a team.
