We invite qualified engineers to join our Renewables Certification team, part of Energy Systems, responsible for Type, Component, and Project Certification for Renewables. RC is the market leader, involved in 80% of offshore wind project certifications worldwide, including offshore substations.

We seek experienced electrical engineers interested in renewable energy, focusing on certification of electrical installations for offshore substations, converter platforms, wind turbine generators, and subsea cable designs.

As an Electrical Engineer, you will participate in design verification activities across disciplines such as structural, fire & safety, and E&I engineering, based in Hamburg or Esbjerg.

In this role you will:

  • Manage all certification steps from design review to verification, surveillance, commissioning, and inspections.

Qualifications:

  • Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent
  • 4-5 years of relevant experience in consulting or engineering sectors (oil & gas, renewable energy)
  • Broad experience in electrical power systems, standards, and design
  • Experience with manufacturing surveys, FAT, offshore commissioning is a plus
  • Strong English skills (written and spoken)

Ideal candidates are team players with excellent communication, a proactive attitude, solution-oriented mindset, and customer focus. Ability to handle detailed work with a good overview is essential.
