Mechanics / Mechatronics Engineer (Human)

Your mission & challenges

• You design turning and milling parts, sheet metal parts, and welded assemblies optimized for manufacturing
• You create 3D models and technical drawings using modern CAD software
• You develop and optimize mechanical components and assemblies
• You collaborate closely with the production team to ensure efficient and cost-effective manufacturing
• You select suitable materials and create technical documentation

• Completed training or a degree in mechanical engineering, design engineering, or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in mechanical design — ideally with turning and milling parts, sheet metal parts, and welded assemblies
• Confident use of CAD tools such as SolidWorks, Inventor, or CATIA
• Solid knowledge of manufacturing technologies and materials science
• Analytical thinking and a structured, solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills and a real team player attitude
• Experience with metal and plastic casting
• Interest or experience in the field of robotics
• Knowledge of kinematics and dynamics of robots is a plus
• Experience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Generative Design
• Basic programming skills in Python and/or C++ are an advantage
