We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Lead to spearhead technology-enabled transformation initiatives within the Process Excellence Technology team. This role is central to driving measurable business impact through process innovation, automation, and strategic project execution.

• Lead projects from concept to delivery, ensuring clear milestones, measurable outcomes, and timely execution within the Process Excellence Technology department
• Drive automation, process optimization or transformation initiatives aligned with company-wide strategic objectives
• Leverage automation and technology solutions within the organization to maximize impact on our strategic company goals
• Build and execute a clear, value-driven roadmap in close collaboration with Business and IT stakeholders
• Translate complex business needs into actionable project plans and deliverables with strong ROI
• Engage directly with internal stakeholders and customers to identify pain points and define effective, scalable solutions
• Shape and influence product and technology based on customer feedback and emerging trends
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across regions and business units on a global scale
• Use data and performance metrics to evaluate project success, identify opportunities, and iterate quickly
• Foster alignment and collaboration between business, product, and regional automation teams to deliver enterprise-wide impact

Qualifications

• Degree in logistics, shipping, business, IT, or a related field.
• Proven leadership experience managing technology or process-driven projects with clear business value
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, cross-functional coordination, and executive communication
• Practical experience with business process management tools and automation technologies
• Familiarity with agile delivery frameworks and modern cloud environments is preferred
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach
• Ability to lead with autonomy, prioritize outcomes, and adapt quickly to change
• Background in logistics, maritime, or shipping is a strong advantage
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
