Job Description:
As a Customer Care Agent, you will support our Dutch customers via phone and email regarding our dental equipment. Your responsibilities include:
- Providing professional customer support and assistance
- Handling sales campaigns and order processing
- Maintaining merchandise management and CRM systems
- Acting as an interface between sales, technical, logistics teams, and customers
- Representing our company with professionalism and friendliness
- Participating in projects and additional tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Apprenticeship with a focus on medical, technical, or commercial fields (e.g., medical technology, ZFA, industrial clerk)
- Relevant experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle diverse personalities
- Reliable, accurate, and independent work style
- Service and sales-oriented attitude
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluent Dutch (C1+) and good English (B2) skills
- Positive, responsible, and team-oriented mindset
