Job Description:

Galvita AG is a high-tech company specializing in pharmaceutical technology. Our innovative, proprietary platform — a standardized drug delivery system for Oral Dispersible Tablets (ODT) — facilitates the development of new, patient-friendly formulations and advantageous dosage forms.

We are seeking to fill the following position as soon as possible:

Senior Manager Business Development (Pharmaceutical Products) 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

  • Manage the portfolio of customer leads in the respective market segment, aiming to close contracts (services and licensing agreements) and generate revenue.
  • Actively generate customer leads through various sales strategies, including strategic market approaches and cold calling.
  • Develop the market, establish a broad customer base, maintain and develop customer relationships, and address customer concerns.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with suitable business partners.
  • Negotiate contracts with customers, cooperation partners, and licensees.
  • Develop and refine sales materials tailored to the respective market segment.
  • Provide sales and technical consulting regarding our technology in the pharmaceutical sector to both existing and new customers.
  • Develop and implement business models and strategies, such as go-to-market strategies, across various business areas.
  • Represent Galvita at customer meetings, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Achieve sales and profit targets.
  • Collaborate with relevant internal departments.
  • Maintain and enhance the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) process and optimize existing CRM tools.
  • Require a degree in a Life Sciences field or comparable qualifications.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ solid experience in technical sales or business development within the pharmaceutical or related industries.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Technical understanding with the ability to clearly explain complex products and processes.
  • High self-motivation and goal orientation.
  • Strong teamwork skills.
  • Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.
