This is why the Integrity Management team is looking forward to welcome you as Senior System Manager - Integrity Managementat ISCC headquarters in Cologne.
The Senior System Manager - Integrity Management has the objective to co-design and implement the ISCC EU strategy, driving the upscale of ISCC EU certifications, developing and improving the ISCC EU system with regards to new legislation and market requirements, increasing recognition and market share as well as developing the ISCC EU team and facilitate cross-company knowledge transfer.

Your main duties will be:
- Manage and optimize Integrity Management processes
- Continuously develop Integrity Program, e.g. by identifying relevant focus areas or possibilities to adapt and improve processes and documents
- Support on following the ISCC's strategy by alignment the department goals
- Exchange with relevant stakeholders such as authorities on market developments and cases related to integrity management
- Establish and maintain governmental/national system relations (e.g. national authorities, OLAF, REFUREC, CA-RES)
- Day-to-day work of department:
Organize Integrity Assessments, including which System Users/CBs are to be auditedEvaluate and communicate audit results in close cooperation with Integrity Auditors and the Integrity teamManagement of Integrity Auditors, including schedule of Integrity Assessments, resource planning of auditors, onboarding/training of auditors, individual questions by auditors; invoicing of Integrity AuditorsShare learnings from audits to improve certification systemEvaluate incoming requests and information on non-conformities with ISCC requirementsCommunicate sanctions of certified companies and Certification BodiesMonitoring of Certification Bodies performanceDiscuss and evaluate integrity related cases with respective departmentsFacilitate practical implementation of requirements through technical guidance to CBs and System UsersDocumentation in internal data baseDiscuss and evaluate received complaints and further develop Whistleblowing/grievance mechanismDevelop and update system documentsLegal check of documents / ISCC's internal processesParticipate in other selected Integrity-related ISCC projectsRepresenting ISCC at external eventsParticipate in CB MeetingsAccompany audits as witness auditorPresent ISCC Trainings (Internal & external)Train new staff membersActively contribute to continuous improvement process within companyYour profile
- University degree in bioenergy, chemistry, circular economy, bioeconomy, environmental studies, business management, economics, law or similar
- At least 5 – 7 years postgraduate professional experience
- At least 3-year postgraduate professional experience in relevant field (organizations/stakeholder associations) for similar topics
- Must-have/Preferred: experience with sustainability certification, labels and/or relevant EU and/or Member State legislation
- Must-have solid experience in project management in international context + extensive experience in high-level customer support
- Must-have the following skills:
Effective communicationHigh level of integrity and confidentialityExcellent organizational and time management skillsExcellent analytical and strategic thinkingExcellent mediation skills- Excellent (C1 – C2) English language skills (written and spoken)
- Very good copy-writing skills
- Very good PC and Office user skills + general IT proficiency
- Excellent understanding of certification systems for bio-based fuels/low carbon fuels
- Excellent knowledge of ISCC EU
- Very good understanding of relevant EU legislation on bio-based fuels/low carbon fuels
