A leading global consultancy and a trusted long-term partner of SAP, recognised for delivering strategic transformation through cutting-edge SAP solutions, is currently searching for Senior hires in the SAP HCM area. With decades of deep industry expertise, they are delivering complex, large-scale SAP HCM implementations, with a strong focus on SAP S/4 Hana.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration and implementation of SAP HCM solutions on S/4 Hana
• Be a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and translating them into scalable SAP solutions
• Oversee end-to-end implementation, from pre-sales to go-live
• Manage and lead a team of around 20 team members

Your profile:

• 5+ years of experience in SAP HCM consulting
• Strong knowledge in SAP S/4 Hana
• Experience with other modules such as SAP SuccessFactors is a plus
• Fluent German and English
