1. Development of the control architecture in international retail business with responsibility for conception and implementation of international controlling initiatives – in close collaboration with local and central finance functions
2. Development and introduction of standardized controlling methods, KPIs, and performance reporting
3. Optimization of cost structures and profitability analyses – including the design of economic decision-making bases for investments and commercial initiatives
4. Support in the economic evaluation and structured preparation of international business inquiries in the retail environment in coordination with sales and finance
5. Creation and further development of international, monthly retail management reporting including data consolidation and harmonization of country-specific reports, as well as derivation and commentary of key developments for retail top management
6. Several years of professional experience in controlling or finance within a manufacturing company
7. Knowledge in SAP S/4HANA (SD, CO, MM, PP) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, SAC, Tagetik)
8. Solid knowledge in contribution margin accounting as well as production and supply chain processes
9. Experience in independent project management at management level
10. Ideally, practical experience in creating international reports
11. Fluent in German and English
12. Analytical thinking, strategic understanding, and strong communication skills
