The role

As a Technical Trainer at Kempower, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the ever-evolving EV market. You'll develop the Kempower technical certification training system, maintain and develop the training materials, and organize and give technical trainings to customers and partners in German and English.

In this role, you will

• Coordinate, develop and deliver technical trainings both online and on-site for internal and external audiences, with a primary focus on customers and authorized partners.
• Act as an admin user in our e-learning platform, handling administrative tasks such as user access management and maintaining related databases.
• Have ownership of selected internal processes related to technical certification training.
• Participate in and lead internal development projects related to technical certification training and other processes.
• Act as a Technical Expert and maintain product understanding.
• Acquire and have a thorough understanding of the hardware, software, and cloud aspects of our product portfolio, focusing on installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
• Author and maintain training content using various office and multimedia tools in cooperation with Product Marketing and other internal stakeholders.
• Actively communicate and cooperate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Be responsible for local language versions of training materials/eLearning.
• Maintain the equipment at the local training center.
• Be responsible for maintaining the training calendar for the local training center.

At Kempower, we work hybrid. We are opening an office and a training center next to Düsseldorf airport. In this role, you will be giving e.g., technical trainings on-site, so you will be working approximately 3 days a week at the office.

What helps you succeed in this role

• Knowledge and good understanding of electrics/electronics
• Previous experience in developing, coordinating, and giving technical trainings to external stakeholders, such as customers
• Fluency in German and English
• Basic understanding of electric vehicles
• Collaborative mindset with a strong sense of teamwork, active knowledge sharing, and seamless cross-functional cooperation.
• Proactive and independent approach to work

• Experience in power electronics, installation, commissioning, and maintenance
