What You Can Expect From Us:

  • Development and optimization of work plans: creating efficient work schedules and conducting material requirement analyses to optimize production processes.
  • Planning and controlling production workflows: ensuring smooth planning and management of our production activities to guarantee maximum efficiency and quality.
  • Close collaboration: working closely with production, design, and procurement departments to find optimal solutions.
  • Material procurement: responsible for sourcing technical materials, components, and services.
  • Supplier management: selecting and maintaining relationships with national and international suppliers to ensure long-term cooperation.
  • Negotiating conditions: bargaining prices, terms, and delivery contracts to secure the best conditions for our company.
  • Material availability: ensuring the availability of materials while considering economic and technical requirements.

There is also the possibility to be appointed as Deputy Management later on (depending on suitability). This role would include:

  • Supporting management in organizational and administrative leadership.

What You Bring:

  • Completed technical or commercial training, ideally in mechanical engineering or a comparable field.
  • At least three years of professional experience in work preparation and/or procurement within a manufacturing company.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills, as well as negotiation skills.
  • Independent and structured working style with a strong team orientation.
  • Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office.
  • Good English skills (advantageous).
