Job Description:

SIMBAD catamarans are renowned for their quality and reliability, designed to make sailing easy and comfortable. Our catamarans feature powerful engines, sound insulation, and advanced sail control systems, suitable for maritime adventures. We ensure rigorous quality control and testing under various conditions, emphasizing component quality over cost.

We are seeking a skilled engineer or naval architect for the following responsibilities:

• Medium and short-term production planning.
• Monitoring and adjusting production tasks using electronic systems (MS Project or similar).
• Preparing drawings, sketches, data sheets, and documentation for production.
• Managing materials and equipment inventory.
• Research and selection of materials and equipment.
• Quality control during production stages.
• Designing details for assembly, construction, and equipment installation.
• Collaborating with the project manager on technical issues.
• Preparing reports and analyzing production data.
• Suggesting process optimizations.

Education:

• Engineer or naval architect (must have)

Languages:

Ukrainian (Russian) is an advantage

Skills:

• Rhino
• AutoCAD
• SolidWorks (advantage)

Must have:

• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of production processes and physics
• Maritime knowledge
• Attention to detail
• Teamwork ability
• English language proficiency

Nice to have:

• Willingness to work shifts, overtime, and weekends
• Knowledge of additional CAD software
• Degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering
