Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated individual to support our sales department in Uelzena's dairy division. This full-time, permanent role involves managing order processing, customer communication, and supporting our team in delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

1. Serve as the main communication link with customers, locations, and internal departments.
2. Manage order processing from receipt to billing, including data entry in SAP S/4HANA.
3. Oversee sample dispatch and assist in monthly financial closings.
4. Handle complaints and contribute to process optimization initiatives.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial apprenticeship with experience in order processing, preferably in the food industry.
• Self-reliant, responsible, and customer-oriented.
• Structured work approach with high IT affinity, including MS Office and SAP S/4HANA skills or willingness to learn.
• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
