Position Overview: We are seeking a Sales Account Manager based in Italy to identify and expand business potential in the Italian market, develop customized solutions for customers, manage customer relationships professionally, support new projects, and handle account management independently.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and expand existing business potential in Italy.
- Develop result-oriented business strategies.
- Create customized solutions and concepts for clients.
- Maintain professional customer relationships.
- Support and advise on new projects.
- Manage and organize accounts independently.
- Negotiate prices and contracts with customers and partners.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams.
Qualifications:
- Degree in electrical engineering or a strong technical background, or similar technical experience.
- Professional experience in sales and/or key account management, preferably in electronics or automotive supply industry with customer-specific products.
- Fluent in English and native Italian speaker, with willingness to travel internationally.
- Strong communication skills, solution-oriented working style, and cross-functional thinking.
