IT Support Engineer

As an IT Support Engineer, you will deal with system failures and configuration requests from customers for our product KIX.

You will proactively support our customers by checking error messages and performing regular system maintenance and operating system updates.

In addition to importing new KIX versions, you will be a competent contact person for the community in the KIX forum and offer help for self-help.

You have a technical education and a good understanding of IT. Reading and understanding code is no challenge for you, and you have experience working with Linux and/or ticket systems.

You are fluent in German, have a basic knowledge of English, and enjoy communicating technical knowledge and advising customers.
