The Role

Germany is currently their fastest-growing region in terms of ARR, and their client base continues to expand. This growth necessitates significant investment in their Technical Support function to ensure excellent customer service.

Success in this role involves resolving complex customer issues efficiently, helping customers maximize their cybersecurity investments through expert support, and collaborating internally to reduce resolution times.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Proficiency in English at a professional level
  • At least 4 years of experience in a Technical Support role
  • Experience in a cybersecurity vendor or within the infrastructure/networks space
  • Strong working knowledge or experience with cloud technologies—AWS, Azure, and GCP
