Job Description
Your mission during this flight:
As Senior IT Support Engineer (m/f/d), you will ensure that Volocopter teams, both on-site and remote, can work efficiently using the digital tools and infrastructure provided. You will handle support inquiries within Service Level Agreements, take ownership of projects, and improve IT service management processes:
- Implement and enhance IT Service Management processes following the ITIL framework
- Participate in IT Help Desk activities and resolve tickets within SLA
- Provide technical support and consulting using Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Execute standard changes related to AAD User Management, Baramundi Software Distribution, Mobile Device Management (Intune, Jamf), etc.
- Resolve complex issues and coordinate solutions within the support team
- Provide user feedback to product owners from Data or Network Operations teams
- Update user documentation as needed
- Support 1st Level support with expertise and help optimize workflows
Qualifications
Check in your professional skills:
- Completed training as IT Specialist or similar qualification
- 5+ years of experience in IT Service Management (ITIL or similar)
- Experience with IT Service Management tools and workflows
- Ability to manage multiple incidents and requests effectively
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows, Apple iOS/MacOS, Jira, Confluence, Azure AD/Entra/M365 User-management, etc.
- Hardware, Windows OS, and Office Apps troubleshooting skills
- Reliability and teamwork skills, even under challenging situations
- High customer orientation and proactive work approach
- Business-fluent English; German skills are a plus
