Senior Strategy Lead

Salary: EUR80000 - EUR120000 per annum

One of the largest clothing retailers in Europe is looking for a Strategy Lead. They have over 1,000 stores across Europe & Asia, grossed +€4 billion last year and are looking to continue their success with you.

The role:

• Create 2030 Business Strategy, rewrite Company Mission statements and align with various business units (Supply Chain, Data, Sales, Finance, etc.)
• Steer company wide strategy, being part of top level management & C Level strategy meetings.
• Design and implement digital solutions that align with company goals
• You will oversee and work with a team of Consultants & Project Managers

Your experience:

• Degree in (Business) Informatics, Finance, Economics, or a comparable field of study.
• Professional experience in Strategy creation and Project Management, ideally within a consulting environment.
• Expertise or understanding in KPI definition or controlling topics
• Ideally worked in Retail, Fashion, Consumer goods or similar
• Business fluent in German and English
