Looking after our guests in a professional manner at the front desk is extremely important at all times – from a warm welcome at check-in until their departure. Your duties will include:

• Preparing daily closing balances
• Handling cash transactions and cashing up
• Processing booking requests
• Preparing for breakfast service

Your profile

Whether you are a hotel professional or changing careers, you will fit in here! Personality and hosting skills are our priorities. Additionally, you should:

• Have completed an apprenticeship in the hotel trade and/or have professional experience in the hotel or catering industry, or be seeking a career change
• Possess a strong sense of quality and service, along with excellent hosting skills and a passion for the hotel industry
• Be open, communicative, confident, and fluent in English
• Be a team player willing to assist across departments – we achieve our results together
