The role requires working independently with minimal supervision, managing the sales process within established parameters, and understanding relevant systems, products, and procedures. Achieving targets and organizing daily tasks to meet objectives is essential.
Independence and initiative are necessary to adapt to changing priorities, make decisions within set boundaries, and contribute to process improvements.
