A dynamic and fast-growing professional services firm in the Caribbean is seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join their team in Saint Kitts.

About the Role

You'll lead audits across a wide range of clients-from financial services and insurance to government, retail, and not-for-profits. You'll manage and mentor a talented team of local and international professionals, and collaborate with colleagues across five islands. Some regional travel is part of the experience.

The office is friendly, inclusive, and passionate about developing talent. You don't need to have experience in every industry-what matters most is your leadership, adaptability, and financial services experience.
This position has become available due to an internal promotion-so there's space to grow, and a clear path for those who want to take it.

• USD $45,000-$60,000 salary, based on experience
• Performance bonus (typically 1 month's salary or more)
• Health insurance, including coverage for a spouse
• Vehicle allowance of approx. USD $650/month

What You Bring

• A recognised accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CA or equivalent)
• At least 5 years' audit experience, with recent time in a managerial role
• Financial services experience strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills
• A sense of adventure and a desire for a lifestyle change
