This international team establishes our system in the field of rear-ventilated facades on the global market. You will work in a young, agile, international group of virtual colleagues and develop the future project business of CROSSFIX together with the subsidiaries for EJOT. Your tasks - your area of responsibility:

1. Network development focusing on architects, real estate developers, and property developers.
2. Development of a Western European customer network.
3. Supporting national subsidiaries in establishing their CROSSFIX customer consultants.
4. Establishment of a cross-border customer network in Western Europe.
5. Assisting in winning new customers while following the strategic guidelines of the central CROSSFIX team.
6. Supporting local subsidiaries in setting up customer networks, initial CROSSFIX customer acquisition, and project acquisition.
7. Expanding cross-country networks and building strategic partnerships.
8. Conducting on-site training in local subsidiaries.
9. Developing customer and sales strategies independently for CROSSFIX.
10. Developing initial technical solutions for CROSSFIX customers.
11. Acting as the door opener to place CROSSFIX in major and special projects.

Your experience - we should get to know each other if you have the following qualifications:

1. International mindset.
2. High customer affinity.
3. Very good technical know-how.
4. Excellent language skills (at least English and French) and a high willingness to travel.
5. Presentation skills.
