Your mission
We are seeking an enthusiastic Paid Social Media Specialist to lead our global social media advertising efforts, focusing on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. This role combines performance-driven strategy with creative leadership, managing campaign execution and the development of high-performing ad creatives. You will report to the Digital Ads Manager and have the opportunity to make an immediate impact and grow within our team.

Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in social media advertising (Meta platforms required; experience with TikTok, LinkedIn, and others is a plus).
- Proven ability to drive performance through creative testing and iteration.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, ad formats, and best practices for social platforms.
- Experience managing the end-to-end creative process, including briefing designers, video editors, or copywriters.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
- A blend of creative thinking and data-driven decision-making.
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail.
- Interest or experience in tech & software.
- Passionate, positive, and creative spirit.

Added values
- Hands-on design or video editing skills (Figma, Canva, etc.).
- Copywriting experience for social ads.
- Additional languages besides English, preferably German or Italian.
- Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimization.

Location
We believe in full remote work at iubenda. You are free to work from anywhere in the world. If you prefer an office environment, we have locations in Italy (Milan, Bologna) and Germany (Berlin, Hamburg), supporting a hybrid work model.
