We are looking for you immediately as Jr. Store Manager (m/w/x) for our small jewelry store in Main-Taunus-Zentrum (Frankfurt a.M./Sulzbach).

Your Mission

You will be responsible for the optimal presentation of our sales area, leading the team on-site, and actively engaging in sales. In short: you ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers in the store.

What You Will Do With Us

• Actively approach our customers and demonstrate your sales talent.
• Stylishly showcase our jewelry and maintain an appealing store image.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Contribute your ideas for process optimization.
• Motivate and develop your team and handle personnel scheduling.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in retail and/or a completed retail apprenticeship.
• Attention to detail and a trained eye for attractive product presentation.
• Goal-oriented and enthusiastic about new challenges.
• Genuine sales talent.
