Responsibilities

1. Company-wide review and analysis of existing housekeeping processes to optimize workflows, ensure standards compliance, and meet budget targets.
2. Preparatory planning for the commissioning of new ships.
3. Analysis and further development of existing structures and procedures to achieve the highest guest satisfaction.
4. Development and control of housekeeping standards, briefings, and training materials.
5. Professional training of onboard staff.
6. Conducting market analyses related to housekeeping products and selection.

Qualifications

• Training in hotel management with professional and leadership experience in the hospitality industry or several years of managerial housekeeping experience.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Solid knowledge of hotel-specific processes, e.g., USPH (US Public Health).
• Proficient in MS Office and hotel-specific software.
• Willingness to travel.
• Confident demeanor, flexibility, service orientation, and a sense of responsibility.
