Solution Designer

POST Luxembourg is currently looking for a full-time Solution Designer (m / f / n).

Your responsibilities

• Analyze and understand business needs to establish technical solutions that meet those needs and guide the business in the correct usage of the solution.
• Leverage the business by explaining how technology can assist in their daily activities.
• Propose and design solutions aligned with technical architecture that fit business requirements and support change.
• Technically implement the proposed solutions and oversee developments by other parties.
• Maintain a technology watch to stay a reference in your field and help the team progress.
• Support users in adopting new technologies.
• Participate in incident, problem, and change management, and coordinate small-scale projects.
• Participate in the team’s on-call duties.

Your profile

• Hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) in computer science or equivalent experience, with the following skills:
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Azure, and other Microsoft architectures, solutions, and products.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Copilots with a deep understanding of prompting to leverage AI technology.
• Solid understanding of Artificial Intelligence with proven experience using Microsoft OpenAI.
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code, JSON, ARM, PowerShell, Terraform, low-code, and no-code platforms, with demonstrated use of Microsoft Power Automate.
• Stay updated with technological advancements to plan roadmaps and propose improvements based on emerging technologies.
• Operate within budget constraints, validating the financial impact of design decisions.
• Autonomous in responding to business requests from needs assessment to technical implementation.
• Experience in managing small projects, development teams, and overseeing projects.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and active listening to develop solutions aligned with expressed needs.
• Fluent in French and English; German is a plus.
