JOIN OUR TEAM

As Senior Visual Merchandising Manager, you will drive the Visual Merchandising strategy and execution across Westwing Stores. You will ensure excellent Visual Merchandising standards during a dynamic phase of retail expansion. This role offers a steep learning curve in a fast-paced, design-driven environment. This position is unlimited and based in Munich.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • develop our Visual Merchandising strategy and guidelines to ensure consistent, excellent execution across all locations
  • plan and execute regular look changes within room sets and sales areas to create an inspiring and dynamic store experience
  • collaborate with interior design, marketing, and store teams to ensure cohesive and brand-appropriate visual presentations
  • lead, onboard, and train local Visual Merchandising teams to uphold brand standards and drive performance
  • own the end-to-end execution of look and window changes in stores, including scheduling, material coordination, and installation support
  • manage procurement and inventory of Visual Merchandising props and elements, ensuring cost efficiency
  • establish and maintain Visual Merchandising standards for new store openings
  • ensure ongoing visual excellence through regular store visits, feedback loops, and team calls
  • manage and execute brand and local collaborations, ensuring effective in-store implementation and visual alignment

YOU COME WITH

  • 5+ years of experience in senior Visual Merchandising roles within premium/luxury retail (ideally home & living or fashion)
  • proven ability to develop and implement impactful Visual Merchandising concepts across diverse store formats
  • strong creative and aesthetic sense, with expertise in storytelling and customer experience
  • skilled in project management with a hands-on, structured approach and attention to detail
  • experienced in leading teams and ensuring execution excellence across planning, installations, and maintenance
  • solid understanding of store processes, including team training, logistics, and administration
  • strong communicator and team leader with a strategic, commercially-minded approach
  • flexible and mobile, with a readiness to travel and work non-standard hours as needed
  • proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Asana or other project tools is a plus
  • fluent in German and English
