Qualifications:

• Fluent knowledge of Portuguese, German, and English languages
• Previous experience in customer service or customer care teams
• A high level of organizational skills, proactivity, and reliability

What you will do:

1. Become an expert in the logistics and transportation area
2. Coordinate system implementations and project tasks in compliance with time constraints
3. Provide training for key users and ensure continuous support for them in Portuguese, German, and English
4. Establish and maintain customer relations
5. Consult Carrier processes and provide the right Transporeon solution
6. Work in an environment that offers you independence and the freedom to manage your own time
