About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Produktmanager:in Opus::L (m/w/d) to join our team at Dedalus, based in Essen or remote.

Your responsibilities include:

• Developing strategies and product roadmaps for Opus::L
• Describing development requirements for new products and modules
• Developing pricing strategies and business plans
• Identifying potentials and designing new products or modules
• Collaborating closely with customers, development, service, sales, and marketing teams
• Analyzing market trends, target groups, and competitors regularly
• Supporting service and sales in customer consultations (creating offers and product presentations)
• Presenting and demonstrating products at customer events, conferences, and trade fairs

Your profile:

• Completed training (MTA, MTLA) or a successful degree in healthcare
• At least 5 years of experience in a clinical laboratory environment
• Excellent knowledge of processes and workflows in clinical labs and with senders
• Good knowledge of laboratory information and order entry systems
• High IT affinity, commitment, and motivation to learn software development processes
• Strong service and customer orientation with a high quality awareness
• Confident demeanor with customers and colleagues
• Enjoy working in a team
• Good German and English communication skills
