Senior Account Executive

As a Senior Account Executive (m/f/d) at Quantrefy, you will be responsible for the entire sales process, from identifying new business opportunities to successfully closing deals. You will work closely with the sales team and management to position our platform with customers and prospects. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Independently leading the entire sales cycle: from lead generation to closing
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with decision makers in the real estate industry
• Conducting product presentations and demos to illustrate the added value of our ESG data management platform
• Developing customer-specific offers and contract negotiations
• Working closely with the marketing and SDR team to optimize lead quality and conversion
• Responsibility for achieving sales targets and producing regular reports on sales activities and results

Your profile

We are looking for a sales experienced and results-driven Senior Account Executive with a deep understanding of SaaS sales and ideally experience in the ESG or real estate sector. Your qualifications:

• Several years of experience in sales, preferably in the SaaS sector, with a proven track record of closing deals
• Experience in building relationships with C-level decision makers
• Strong negotiation skills and deal orientation
• Technical understanding of SaaS solutions and ability to explain complex issues simply
• Affinity for ESG and sustainability topics and interest in the real estate industry
• Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to work independently
