Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated professional to support our R&D IT and business teams in managing Veeva Vault applications. This role involves analyzing business requirements, configuring systems, and ensuring seamless support for our global R&D functions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Requirements gathering and documentation from R&D teams.
2. Analyzing Veeva Vault Quality functionalities for optimal configuration.
3. Creating process maps and documentation for system support and training.
4. Developing training materials and knowledge transfer documents.
5. Collaborating with technical and business teams for process integration.
6. Participating in system performance reviews and improvements.

Qualifications

• Degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 3 years in Regulatory Affairs.
• Hands-on experience in regulatory quality management tools and data governance.
• Veeva White Belt Certification (preferred).
• Experience in system administration support within regulated environments.
• Project management experience in technology and data transfer projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus.
