About the role :

As a Senior Payment Process Analyst, you’ll be part of the finance team supporting our e-commerce business, ensuring customer transactions are smooth and secure. Your responsibilities include managing PSP integrations and ensuring accurate bank reconciliations. You’ll be actively involved in daily operations and serve as an expert in digital payments.

About your tasks :

• Oversee and execute e-payment processes, including PSP integrations, direct debits, refunds, and chargebacks.
• Manage bank imports, journal postings, and reconciliations to ensure precise transaction accounting.
• Act as the primary contact for PSPs and internal teams, resolving issues and enhancing payment processes.
• Collaborate with tech, accounting, and operations teams to optimize and scale payment workflows.
• Monitor and report on KPIs and transaction performance to maintain transparency and efficiency.

The position is based at our Dutch headquarters: Erik de Rodeweg 11-13, 5975 WD Sevenum, near Venlo.

We offer a Dutch employment contract for this role.

Hybrid work model :

Our work model consists of 60% onsite presence at the office and 40% flexible work from home, allowing you to choose your preferred working environment.

About you :

• 5+ years of experience in payment operations, preferably in e-commerce or digital finance.
• Knowledge of Payment Service Providers (PSPs) and online transaction processing.
• Tech-savvy, with familiarity in ERP and financial systems.
• Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work across departments.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
