Develop annual sales plans in collaboration with the Plinke Sales Teams and regional KBR T&C Sales Leads, focusing on the Inorganics business and growth strategies.
Actively evaluate market development to identify new customers, markets, applications for Inorganics technologies, and collaboration opportunities for portfolio expansion. Engage with customers through presentations and study market demands.
Perform viability calculations for potential opportunities and projects.
Continuously grow and maintain a sustainable pipeline of opportunities for the Inorganics business and develop strong client relationships across regions and market segments.
Work with sales leads to achieve sales quotas as per the annual plan.
Coordinate with sales and technical teams to prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals.
Coordinate marketing activities including competitor analysis, customer analytics, growth input, trade-shows, and communications in collaboration with marketing teams.
Ensure customer satisfaction during and after project implementation, maintaining ongoing relationships and feedback.
Collaborate with other KBR BD and sales groups to ensure consistency in customer interactions and internal processes, supporting regional sales efforts.
Maintain compliance with KBR's code of conduct, governmental regulations, and safety guidelines.
