Are you a talented SAP Consultant (m/f/d) specialized in FI/CO area with a passion for ensuring smooth operations and optimal functionality? If you thrive in a fast paced and collaborative environment and have a solid understanding of Finance and Controlling processes, then join our team in Munich and contribute to EGYM's success.

• Owning support: You take responsibility for the 1st and 2nd level support for the company’s ERP system (currently SAP Business ByDesign).
• Solving challenges: You independently resolve system malfunctions, maintenance tickets, and system change requests using the ticket board.
• Collaborating effectively: You work closely with team colleagues managing other IT tools (Salesforce, Azure, etc.) to address cross-system issues, deploy new features, or automate processes.
• Driving innovation: You discuss process improvement ideas with stakeholders and explore new ways of working.
• Mastering solutions: You demonstrate proficiency in problem-solving and troubleshooting.

Your fitness level

• Proven expertise: You have at least 2 years of practical experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP Business ByDesign in the FI/CO area.
• Solid foundation: You ideally possess well-rounded technical knowledge and a strong understanding of processes.
• Effective communicator: You are characterized by excellent cooperation, contact, and communication skills.
• Sharp thinker: You bring a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset to the table.
• Organized and efficient: You are an organizational talent with effective time management skills.
• Team player: You thrive in an international team environment.

Your training goal for your first 6 months

• Taking charge: You took ownership of daily support for the end users.
• Leading initiatives: You took over the responsibility for a new automation or integration project.
• Contributing actively: You actively participated in user acceptance testing for new features.
• Gaining insights: You familiarized yourself with the EGYM system landscape and the role of the different teams in the departments.
• Building connections: You blend with the team and the company culture.
