What you can expect:

• Support in processing service, maintenance, and conversion activities from acceptance to invoicing
• Handling customer inquiries and complaints
• Data management in our ERP system
• Creation and follow-up of offers
• Close collaboration with internal departments

Requirements:

• Completed technical or commercial training with technical understanding
• Always attentive to our customers and their concerns as the first point of contact
