Job Description :

We are expanding our team at Burani Interfood Bulgaria EOOD and are looking for FREELANCE Traders who are passionate about negotiation and eager to succeed.

Attention! Preamble : We face difficulties in communicating the real activities a TRADER must perform, leading to wasted time for both candidates and the company. Therefore, we will explain in detail who a TRADER is and what they do :

• The trader understands the business and values each customer and supplier they manage;
• The trader negotiates prices to close deals;
• The trader understands and anticipates the needs of their customers and suppliers;
• The trader manages their relationships with autonomy and professionalism to close deals;
• The trader aims to meet budget goals and earn bonuses, with top traders earning over €6,000/month and no maximum bonus limit, as bonuses are a percentage of profits from their deals;

The difference between a trader and roles like data entry, secretary, back office, or interpreter is that traders create business, while others perform mechanical tasks.

P.S. : We are seeking only HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL TRADER candidates who aim to meet budget goals and earn significant bonuses. The best traders typically earn over €6,000 monthly, with unlimited earning potential based on profits.

As a Freelance Trader, you will be able to :

• Manage and grow a diversified portfolio of customers and suppliers, identifying expansion opportunities;
• Exceed sales targets through new customer acquisition and relationship management;
• Ensure customer satisfaction through coordinated pre-sales and post-sales activities;
• Meet and surpass weekly and monthly KPIs;
• Build internal relationships and stay informed on market trends;
• Identify growth opportunities via lead follow-up and research;
• Engage with potential clients to understand needs and offer solutions;
• Drive sales processes to secure new business and retain existing clients;
• Generate and qualify leads to ensure a healthy sales pipeline;
• Source, negotiate, and maintain mutually beneficial partnerships aligned with business goals.

We are looking for someone with :

• Multilingual proficiency: Fluent in GERMAN and at least C1 level in English/Italian. Additional languages are a plus.

Adapt to time zones based on language spoken: for example, Tagalog speakers should reside in the Philippines; Portuguese and Spanish speakers in South America; Thai speakers in Thailand; Vietnamese in Vietnam; Indian in India; Chinese in China; Korean in Korea; Japanese in Japan.
