The maximum gross annual salary is €55,300. Please note that we can only consider candidates who have a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (not a student visa).

Job description

Tasks

  • Monitoring and control of logistics service providers with regard to service level, quality and costs, including analysis of key performance indicators for on-time delivery
  • Coordination of material flows and worklists for new parts and MRO (maintenance, repair & overhaul) components from the supplier via the logistics center to the customer/central warehouse
  • Continuous improvement of warehouse processes and process support systems through regular analysis and implementation of optimizations
  • First point of contact in the event of process disruptions to ensure smooth operations
  • Creation and analysis of reports (daily, weekly, monthly) and presentation of results to support decision-makers
  • Project support and implementation of change requests for continuous improvement of the logistics systems and process environment

Requirements

  • Successfully completed technical training with qualification as a technician / business administrator
  • OR completed vocational training with further training as a master craftsman / technician as well as a specialist additional qualification in the production process and in production and assembly technology
  • Several years of professional experience in the areas of logistics, aerospace, supply chain / logistics, with special experience in warehouse and information systems as well as MRO processes
  • Detailed specialist knowledge of SAP and sound knowledge of G-Suite, knowledge of JIRA and/or Spotfire an advantage
  • Business fluent in German and English (min. C1), knowledge of French an advantage
  • Valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (no student visa) mandatory
