Job Title: OutSystems Solutions Architect

About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced and forward-thinking OutSystems Solutions Architect to join our growing team in Munich. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about leveraging low-code technologies to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade applications. You will lead architecture and design efforts, drive strategic development initiatives, and provide technical leadership throughout the solution lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design and implementation of complex, scalable solutions using the OutSystems low-code platform.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and development teams to define requirements and translate them into robust system designs.
• Ensure best practices in performance, security, and maintainability are incorporated into all OutSystems solutions.
• Provide technical oversight and mentorship to developers and project teams.
• Work closely with enterprise architects and IT leadership to align solutions with broader digital transformation goals.
• Participate in code and design reviews, ensuring adherence to standards and architectural vision.
• Continuously evaluate and improve architectural approaches and toolsets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software architecture and application development.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with OutSystems, including architecture, development, and deployment.
• Strong background in enterprise application design, integration patterns, and cloud-native technologies.
• Solid understanding of database modeling, APIs, microservices, and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including fluency in English; German language skills are a strong plus.
• OutSystems certifications (Professional or Expert) preferred.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
