Senior Category Manager – Minerals, Alkaline Compounds & Zeolite (all genders)

Your role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Category Manager – Minerals, Alkaline Compounds & Zeolite(Mineralstoffe, Basen, Zeolith) to spearhead our product development initiatives within the dynamic global supplement market. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of innovative supplement products – from initial concept through to successful market launch and beyond.

• Own and manage the Minerals, Alkaline Compounds & Zeolite category, driving growth through innovative product development and portfolio optimization – from start to finish!
• Lead cross-functional teams (R&D, Marketing, Regulatory, Supply Chain) to bring new products from concept to market launch
• Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape within the global supplement space
• Develop and execute category strategies aligned with business objectives and market opportunities
• Collaborate closely with eCommerce and digital marketing teams to ensure successful product positioning in online FMCG channels
• Monitor product performance post-launch, recommending enhancements and lifecycle strategies
• Ensure compliance with international regulatory requirements for dietary supplements

Your profile

• Proven experience (5+ years) in Category Management or Product Development within the dietary / food supplements, nutraceuticals, or broader FMCG sector
• Deep knowledge of Minerals, Alkaline Compounds & Zeolite and related health & wellness products
• Strong understanding of the online retail environment and digital consumer behavior – retail experience is a plus!
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution as well as excellent project management and cross-functional leadership skills
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Familiarity with global regulatory frameworks for dietary supplements
