Job Overview

As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in expanding the client’s footprint in a greenfield market. Working with a dynamic and passionate sales team, you’ll focus on generating new business and building long-term relationships. Your goal will be to introduce a complex and innovative product to new customers, pioneering change in an emerging market category.

Responsibilities

  1. Identify and engage potential customers through outbound and inbound activities.
  2. Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and introduce the company’s solutions.
  3. Manage the sales process effectively.
  4. Qualify leads and opportunities by presenting demos and use case deep-dives.
  5. Build a robust pipeline by creating qualified opportunities.
  6. Drive the deal-closing process, securing long-term partnerships.
  7. Participate in weekly team meetings to align on goals and share best practices.
  8. Refine strategies based on feedback and performance reviews.
  9. Foster team spirit through collaborative efforts and company events.

Essential Experience

  • Strong understanding of CAx tools and their applications in engineering.
  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in pitching complex, technical products.
  • Ability to conduct presentations confidently and engage audiences at industry events.
  • A proactive, solution-driven mindset with a passion for identifying and nurturing opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Proficiency in German to communicate effectively with local customers and stakeholders.
