Summary
We are looking for a “Project Manager ILS Manager (f/m/d)” for the “Customer Services Spectrum Dominance” department at the Ulm site as soon as possible.Your Tasks
Management of projects for the supplyability of Electronic Warfare products in time, cost and quality
Ensuring integrated logistics support for products and projects in the associated program area
Proposal preparation for ILS projects within the scope of complex EW systems and cross-product EW solutions
Planning and controlling ILS-related project management tasks in interdisciplinary teams throughout the entire life cycle
Management of integrated teams
Planning, controlling and implementing measures to maintain the availability of complex systems (repairs, obsolescence elimination, training and technical overhaul of systems)
Creating and ensuring logistical concepts / documents
Securing internal and external subcontractor contracts
Contact person for customers and subcontractors for the entire duration of the project, including analysis of customer requirements and initiation of necessary measures
Supporting the “Sales Customer Service” organization
Your Profile
Completed studies in the technical or commercial field, e.g. electrical engineering or industrial engineering or comparable
Experience in quotation processing and basic knowledge of contract law that can be expanded
Sound knowledge of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS)
Good knowledge of logistical requirements for complex systems and products as well as the necessary services
Knowledge of logistics in the military aviation sector as well as export and ITAR regulations advantageous
Strong organizational skills, as well as a structured and independent way of working
Ability to work in a team, assertiveness and a confident professional and personal appearance in a national and international environment
Business fluent in German and English
