We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Manager to support our inorganic growth and track financial performance and value creation. You will oversee the financial performance of acquisitions from the pre-deal phase (including Due Diligence with our M&A team) through to post-merger value delivery. Responsibilities :

  1. Pre-Acquisition:
  2. Steer Financial Buy Side Due Diligence with external advisors and M&A team
  3. Translate buy-side financials to Apleona standards
  4. Support synergy discussions and business plan planning
  5. Post-Acquisition:
  6. Set up standardized financial reporting for new acquisitions
  7. Track actuals vs. plan monthly and discuss with management
  8. Create monthly/quarterly summary reports
  9. Collaborate with finance teams of acquired companies

Communication :

  • Interact closely with Group Controlling, Chief Integration Officer, M&A team, and senior management
  • Lead PMI communications with shareholders (Tier-1 PE firm)

Qualifications :

  • Background in Finance and Controlling
  • Experience in Transaction Services (preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with local finance organizations

Experience : 4+ years in a performance-driven culture

  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Results-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in German and English
  • Willingness to travel to Neu Isenburg
  • Proactive attitude to tackling challenges and implementing change
