• Take ownership of key accounts to drive regional sales and revenue through strategic initiatives.
• Forge impactful B2C, DIY, and B2B partnerships across diverse markets, expanding our reach and influence.
• Collaborate with internal teams on product positioning, pricing, and marketing strategies.
• Design customized market entry strategies tailored to the unique needs of each region.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with clients and partners, ensuring mutual success and collaboration.
• Represent the company at international trade fairs, roadshows, and face-to-face meetings.
• Lead contract negotiations to secure lasting, high-impact agreements.

Your Skills and Qualifications

• Successfully completed studies in business administration, economics, or a related field.
• Initial experience in sales or account management, ideally with an international focus.
• Fluent in English and German, with strong communication and relationship-building skills (additional languages are a plus).
• Proven ability to independently identify growth opportunities across various markets.
• Solid understanding of market dynamics, particularly in B2C and smart home segments, and skilled in conducting market activities and competitive analysis.
• Play an active part in the highly dynamic & fast-growing connected home industry with our cutting-edge technology.
• Experience an agile, innovative, and open-minded working atmosphere with a highly qualified team of international professionals.
