Product Manager Expert - BESS (Commercial & Industry)

EU Product Management Expert of C&I (Commercial & Industry)

1. Responsible for C&I market strategy and product portfolio management in the EU, including products.
2. Provide insights on new business models, technologies, and market trends for C&I products, including optimizer, inverter, and C&I battery storage systems.
3. Plan new products and roadmaps, and manage joint innovation projects.
4. Communicate with the Industry organization, including supermarket, logistics, manufacturing, agriculture, and commercial sectors, to gather original requirements and help Huawei lead the industry.
5. Represent Huawei in standard groups and establish the ecosystem in regional markets to support industry leadership.
6. Experience and Skill Requirements: Market insight capabilities, including analysis of industry and technology trends, opportunities, new business models, key account strategies, and standard changes. Provide strategic feedback to headquarters and lead new business directions. Familiarity with market insight methodologies.
7. Marketing competency, including interaction with customer experts, supporting key marketing activities, and providing technical support to the sales team.
8. Expertise in power electronics, automation, inverters, and energy storage. Experience in energy industries such as photovoltaics and energy storage, with R&D or testing experience related to these products and solutions.
9. Understanding of the development trends of the energy industry, familiarity with policies, market development directions, industry/standard organizations, and equipment suppliers in various countries.
10. Other Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or science.
11. Willingness to undertake frequent domestic or international business trips.
12. Location: Germany / Netherlands / xxxx.
13. Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing Chinese is a significant plus.
14. Home office is not allowed.
15. Familiarity with optimizer, inverter, energy storage systems, and C&I industry.
