We are currently seeking an Application Sales Specialist based in Berlin, Germany. This role will support our Leisegang Colposcope portfolio and will have responsibilities ranging from customer-facing activities to administrative tasks.

The role reports to the International Business Manager and involves close collaboration with colleagues in Leisegang and CSI international teams.

Location: Berlin region

Travel: 50-60% within the DACH region

Position

The Application Sales Specialist will work as part of our Leisegang team to provide expert support for the Colposcope product line. Ideally, candidates will have experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in healthcare. Knowledge of Labor and Delivery products is a plus, especially products like Fetal Pillow, Bakri Postpartum Balloon, Vacuum Assisted Delivery, and Cervical Ripening Balloons.

This role involves supporting the commercial setup to increase market share of the Colposcope portfolio in the DACH region, including installations, technical and application support, and onsite training in clinics and hospitals.

You will become a subject matter expert on these products, demonstrating strong administrative skills, technical interest, and a customer care focus. The role requires experience in handling sales orders, managing customer documentation, and effective face-to-face communication to meet sales goals.

A structured work approach and problem-solving skills are essential. Willingness to travel throughout the DACH region is required.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Introduction, presentations, and expansion of Colposcope and Labor & Delivery portfolio in hospitals and private clinics in DACH
  • Identifying new business opportunities
  • Managing distribution and KOL networks, assisting teams with customer needs
  • Installing equipment in hospitals and private clinics
  • Providing service and maintenance
  • Generating and processing customer offers and orders, ensuring timely delivery
  • Preparing and conducting tailored customer training and support
  • Providing coverage during team members' absence due to vacation or illness
  • Participating in workshops, fairs, and congresses in DACH

Qualifications

  • Degree or technical/hospital experience
  • At least 5 years in a similar or related role, with technical or sales experience
  • Excellent customer service attitude
  • Intermediate skills in order management systems, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and in a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
  • Ability to carry 40kg
