Job Responsibilities

  1. Possess a minimum of 5 years of automotive-focused technical experience in mechanical and mechatronic systems (PE/PM).
  2. Have at least 3 years of experience in requirements engineering, including requirement releases and validation in an automotive environment.
  3. Experience with OEM base requirements and systems is mandatory.
  4. PE certification (e.g., CPRE or equivalent) is beneficial.

Description

  • Introduce requirement management tools/software.
  • Maintain requirements database.
  • Ensure strong team alignment and communication with relevant functions and stakeholders: cascade customer requirements, process them through requirements management software, assign work packages, and follow up on deliverables.

Soft Skills

  • Structured and process-oriented work approach, goal-oriented, analytical mindset.

Skills

  • Proficiency in English and German.
  • Chinese language skills are an asset.
