Job Responsibilities

  1. Conduct daily team meetings to discuss key to-dos and ensure everyone is on track.
  2. Manage a team handling qualified leads from marketing, guiding and inspiring them through the sales process.
  3. Use dashboards and KPIs to monitor team performance and meet targets.
  4. Support team development through regular 1:1 coaching sessions, focusing on individual strengths and team progress.
  5. Work with clients worldwide, supporting major deals and maintaining strategic key accounts.
  6. Collaborate with management to optimize sales processes.
  7. Ensure the team achieves goals while maintaining high job satisfaction.
  8. Bring several years of sales team management experience, with a strong background in B2B sales, preferably in software or capital goods.
  9. Act as a coach to develop team members and inspire growth.
  10. Passionate about motivating people and systematically expanding the sales organization.
  11. Fluent in German and English.
  12. Participate in personalized leadership onboarding and career planning.
